DrayTEL's UK Talk service offers you a choice of packages starting from just £19.99+VAT per month, and a one off setup fee of £20, which brings together both UK Landline and Mobile calls in one complete package, allowing you to leverage the benefits of VoIP.
All package options are also inclusive of a UK geographic number and a 5 channel SIP trunk, ensuring that you have all your business needs fulfilled.
DrayTEL UK Talk call plans are designed so that you have a number of call packages to choose from, enabling you to select a package that is suitable for your business needs.

A SIP channel is the equivalent of a phone line, so if you have a 5 channel SIP trunk you can make or receive up to 5 simultaneous calls.

UK Geographic Incoming Number
Ensure you have a presence in the geographic location of your choice, as well as the option of adding additional numbers from the same area, or selecting numbers local to other areas. Offering the impression that you have multiple sites and local access to your customers. A series of DDI numbers can also be used to route directly to specific users or groups if you use an IP PBX.
5 Channel SIP Trunk
You can use multiple phones with this service, so that up to 5 people can make and receive calls concurrently.

DrayTEL UK Talk plans have inclusive monthly minutes for calls to UK Landlines and Mobiles, but also offer exceptional value for destinations not included.

Technical Support
All DrayTEL UK Talk customers are entitled to UK based phone support for all their technical issues. DrayTEL Classic (Prepay) customers use email.

A one-off £20 setup charge applies on signup to DrayTEL UK Talk. 5 VoIP lines provide you with the ability to make and receive up to 5 telephone calls at the same time. Call costs incurred after use of free minute allocation will fall under DrayTEL Silver rates and be charged on a per second basis. UK mobile networks covered within UK mobile minutes are O2, Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile and Three only. Calls to 0870 numbers will be included within UK landline minutes. 0844, 0845 and 0871 calls will be included within UK mobile minutes; other non-geographic and international destinations not listed will be charged at DrayTEL Silver rates. Call minutes within our plans are charged on a per-minute basis. This service supports both SIP and IAX VoIP protocols. Only one call package per DrayTEL account. Minimum contract period of 6 months applies.
