Calls between VoIP devices are free when you dial within the DrayTEL network. The prices below are the costs of making calls from your VoIP device to PSTN numbers through the DrayTEL PSTN gateway. The cost of your calls is automatically deducted from your available DrayTEL calling credit. If you use call forwarding, you pay for the 'diverted leg' at the daytime rate for your tariff.

There is no connection fee on calls, just the per minute rate, charged per second, rounded up to the nearest penny.

*Silver Tariff is available after purchasing £20 of calling credit. Silver tariff eligibility remains active for 12 months after each £20 purchase ( 2*£10 also counts as £20 as long as the two £10's are bought within 60 days of each other. In this case the tariff expiry date is 12 months from date of first £10 purchase). Your eligibility expiry date is shown on the control panel. This tariff valid from 20th March 2007. The tariff call pricing itself is subject to change during the tariff membership/eligibility period. You do not need to retain a particular credit balance to stay eligible for the Silver tariff. Destinations are to landline destinations (not mobile phones), except where stated otherwise. Where a desintation is not shown for the silver tariff please enquire for specific destinations not listed. VAT is added to all calling credit purchases.

Period Definitions:

Daytime is 08:00 - 18:00 (6pm) Monday to Friday
Evening is 18:00 - 08:00 Monday to Friday
Weekend is 00:00 Saturday to 23:59 Sunday
