0800 Freephone Number

A 0800 number is a UK freephone telephone number, for which the caller is not charged, depending on the type of line they are calling from.

You can purchase a 0800 number, which can be configured to point to your IP phone or IP PBX, enabling callers to dial into your IP network via a conventional landline telephone number.

How much does it cost?
There is a one off setup of £10 plus a monthly charge of £4.99 plus VAT. Incoming calls cost 2p/min plus any divert costs.

Please Note: You may not be able to dial a 0800 number from outside of the UK. Please consult your local telecommunications provider for further information. You will not be able to dial 0800 numbers from payphones.

0845 Numbers

Select a 0845 number so that you can advertise a UK wide number that your customers can call you at a local rate. There is no monthly subscription only a one off set up fee of £9.99+VAT.

056 Numbers

This is a UK local rate VoIP number that has a monthly subscription of £2.99 + VAT and allows non-VoIP users to call your VoIP account.

03 Numbers

UK-wide 03 numbers are an alternative to chargeable 08 numbers, such as 0871.

The cost of calls to 03 numbers is the same as 01 or 02 numbers and is included towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as UK geographic numbers.

We are able to offer the below types of 03 numbers:

• 0303 numbers specifically for 'not for profit' and government organisations.
• 0330 numbers for businesses
• 0345 numbers for the migration of existing 0845 numbers.

070 Personal Numbers

Select a 070 personal number which you can set to divert to your own number for free (to selected destinations) so that you can keep your number private. You will be able to maintain a UK presence with this number no matter where you are, and should your own personal number change you can update this information easily through your DrayTEL account panel.

There are no inbound call costs, with free diverts to selected destinations. The monthly subscription is £4.99+VAT.

09 Premium Numbers

A Premium rate number allows you to make money from the calls that you receive, giving your business another source of revenue.

The available 09 Premium rate numbers that we have include 'single drop' per call charges between 10p and £1.50 per call or per minute charges between 15p and £1.50 per minute.
